She/Her
I’m a qualified Sexologist and accredited Mental Health Social Worker based in Brunswick, Victoria. My passion lies in helping people build deeper connections, enhance pleasure, and improve their overall wellbeing. Medicare rebates are now available.
Using person-centred care and evidence-based approaches, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your sexual health, relationships, and mental wellbeing. I approach this work with an intersectional lens, recognising the many factors that shape our experiences.
I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered and fulfilled – to live a life where pleasure, connection, and wellbeing are truly within reach.

Equality
Compassion means holding space for your most vulnerable moments without judgment. It’s the gentle understanding that allows you to share your deepest struggles, knowing you’ll be met with kindness, not criticism. In my practice, compassion creates the safety net that makes change possible.
Understanding means I meet you exactly where you are on your journey. No two stories are the same, and I honour the complexity of your experiences without trying to fit you into a box. I take time to truly listen and see the whole picture of who you are, not just the challenges that brought you here. Your pace becomes our pace, and your goals guide our work together.
Acceptance means all parts of you are welcome here; your desires, fears, quirks, and struggles. There's nothing about you that needs "fixing". I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply. This is a judgment-free space where you can show up authentically, exactly as you are.
Trust is built on transparency. I provide honest, evidence-based guidance while encouraging you to explore your truth in a supportive environment. You can expect me to be genuine with you, sharing what I know and what I don't, and working collaboratively to find what works best for you. Honesty also means respecting your right to make your own choices about your body, relationships, and wellbeing.
Every person, regardless of identity, background, or experience, deserves access to quality sexual and mental health care. Your voice matters equally in this space. I'm committed to creating an inclusive practice where diversity is celebrated and where systems of oppression are actively challenged. You deserve care that respects and affirms all aspects of your identity.
Sexual wellbeing is not a luxury; it’s a part of life that deserves attention, care, and professional support.
